Joining YouthKAN

Korean Community Service Center is seeking Asian American youth grades 9-12 to join YouthKAN, a council focusing on youth mental health and the impact of the model minority myth. 9th- and 10th-grade students are especially encouraged to apply.

YouthKAN will twice a month on Saturday, with additional small gatherings throughout the year.

Youth will learn about and gain hands-on experience storytelling for change, collaborating with community stakeholders, and what it means to be a leader.
